HOW HAVING HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEAMS IN PLACE CAN CONTRIBUTE SIGNIFICANTLY TO THE SUCCESS OF YOUR TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME.

A successful business transformation journey includes improving information flow, creating better relationships within the business, making decisions quicker and easier, and ultimately pulling all of the organisation in the same direction. These are also the characteristics of high-performance teams. i&i hosted a meeting on this topic that brought together Change Leaders to discuss, learn and benchmark on creating high performance teams.

At the meeting, they discussed how for Change to happen there needs to be alignment in purpose, technique, tools and message. This means that it is important not only to have an efficient team driving an effective change programme, but also to have high performing teams driving the change from above and implementing below.

The mindsets and behaviours were debated, how to address change and leadership at an individual, team and organisational level, and also answering the question: "what does it mean to lead change?" As well as presentations and case studies, the day involved group discussions and workshops, in which attendees shared experiences and knowledge about how Change leaders can positively influence and assist the executive, management and shopfloor teams.
